UNI Lojistik attaches importance to confidentiality regarding the job applications are accepted through HR. accordingly, candidates (“Members”) who apply and will apply for a position may register their details to the website in order to create their CVs provided that all the below mentioned terms are accepted. TheUNI Lojistik Sistem Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. is not liable for any problems which may arise from the non-conformance of the members with the said principles. In the event that the following principles are not observed, the UNI Lojistik Sistem website administration reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member.

•When the job applicants register the system and become a member, such applicants’ information privacy is assured by “user name” and “password”. The User name and Password identified and/or changed by the member is assesses within the confidentiality principles and not disclosed to third parties. The responsibility of the consequences, which may arise from sharing the said User Name and Password with the third parties, is assumed by the Member.

•The information/details which are displayed according to the terms specified by the member are uploaded by the member and the accuracy and scope of such information is under the liability of the member. Assuming any and all responsibilities thereof, the member may, any time, change his particular details/information.

•The member shall only provide his own and accurate information and avoids actions which may damage the privacy of information provided by the third parties. The information which is supplied by the member shall not constitute breach of the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and personal rights of the third parties or bodies and will not besmirch the reputation of the website or the Uni Lojistik, and such information shall not contain illegal, obscene, ideological, commercial advertisement contents or will not conflict with the purpose of the website. Uni Lojistik cannot be kept liable for contrary actions, consequences born out of the actions of those who do not comply with the principles, and reserves the right to take any and all legal actions thereof. In the event that the information provided is found to be inaccurate, labor contract of such person who provided inaccurate information is terminated.

•The applications are only assessed within the scope of job opportunities available at the domestic and abroad located companies of Uni Lojistik and such applications are not disclosed to external establishments and persons.
